Savings: Any travel involving fare savings, i.e. upgrades, special fare calculations, etc. will carry a transaction fee based on the amount on the ticket of 25%. Assumptions & Definitions: A transaction is defined as an invoiced ticket, referral, booking or refund for an individual product or service in the name of a single traveler. Transaction fees are NOT refundable in the event of a cancellation after invoicing or referral. Fee Validity Duration: Subject to change. 1 Full Service – Traditional Reservation made via travel counselor by phone/email or fax.

2 Air Domestic – Travel within USA.

3 Paper Tickets – Fee for paper ticket when e-ticket is available.

4 Passport & Visa Service charge – Charge for processing, exclusive of actual coast of passport or visa.

5 Information Only – Fee for using after hours service to gather information only. Billed monthly.

6 Amending or Cancelling an existing reservation – Fee for using after hours service to amend or cancel an existing reservation. Billed monthly.

7 New Reservation – Fee for using after hours service to book new reservation. Billed monthly.
